What might advanced dancers get from our Aerial classes? Dive into opportunities to morph your kinesthetic awareness with technical knowledge and you will find yourself moving with greater ease when in the air, on the studio floor, or walking down the street. Improvisational structures provide guidance for explorations while also allowing options to explore your own movement expression. Aerial Dance skills are integrated with meditative imagery, hands-on partnering work, and informal discussions that allow students to learn from one another and explore in a myriad of ways.
What might Beginners get from our Aerial classes? Tap into your inner self and improve your kinesthetic awareness with our meditative and improvisational approach to Aerial Dance.
